Spaghetti alle 3 delizie

 

Ingredients:

Spaghetti

Salad Shrimps

Eggs

Mushrooms

Procedure:

In a pan stir fry sliced mushrooms
Add precooked peeled shrimps
Add eggs
In a separate saucepan cook spaghetti
When ready, transfer the spaghetti to the pan with the mushroom and stir fry for one minute
Enjoy!!

 

Pasta e fagioli

 

Ingredients:

A can of Pinto Beans (Goya)

Bay Leaves

1 tomato and 1 onion

salt, pepper

one tablespoon of olive oil

Procedure:

In a saucepan
Heat Oil
Add Chopped Tomatoes and Onions
Sauté for 1 or 2 minutes until translucent
Add two cans of Goya Pinto Beans
Add three cups of water
Add two bay leaves
Boil for about 20 minutes
Add pasta (ditalini or elbows)
Cook until pasta is "al dente"
Buon appetito!!
